The new laws prohibit e-cigarettes for minors and places restrictions on where people can vape.  The law even prohibits smoking electronic cigarettes inside state buildings and bars.  This is good news for those who are trying to quit smoking, but bad news for those that enjoy vaping recreationally or as a hobby.
